Welia Health welcomes Tanya Carlson, APRN, CNP

We are pleased to introduce Tanya Carlson, Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and Certified Nurse Practitioner. She comes to us after earning her BS in Nursing from Rasmussen University and her MS (Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner) from Walden University. Her specialties include Chronic disease management, Family medicine, Preventative medicine, Women’s health, Geriatrics, and Hospice. Tanya serves patients at our Mora and Pine City Campus Clinics.
