Working collaboratively with community organizations and other healthcare partners, Welia Health publishes a Community Health Needs Assessment every three years as directed by the Internal Revenue Service.
Over the past year, we conducted surveys and interviews and analyzed data reports. Welia Health then used this information to create initiatives that will guide strategic plans and set priorities to address the most critical issues affecting people’s health in the communities we serve.
We want to thank everyone who participated in this process and helped to set guidance around the healthcare services needed in our area.
