Welia Center is a unique collaboration between Welia Health and Mora Public Schools. In addition to serving the needs of students with physical education, after-school sports practices, tournaments and other programs, the community can take advantage of this beautiful facility.
Membership
Membership fee: Membership to the Welia Center is available to individuals 18 and older for $25 per calendar year (January-December).
Membership benefits:
- Members have full access to the walking/running track from 5am-10pm daily
- Fitness classes by Wellbeats. View class schedule.
- Six guest passes per year, with some restrictions.
How to apply: The Mora Schools District Office administers Welia Center membership. Please note that because members may be in the presence of students, the State of Minnesota requires an annual background check to ensure members have no criminal convictions or crimes relating to children.
You can learn more and apply online at the Mora Public Schools website. You may also download the application and background consent form and drop them off at the District Office at 118 9th St, Mora, MN 55051.
Entrance and parking
With the completion of the new high school building, Welia Center members can now enjoy secure and direct access located on the west side of the building. Additionally, a designated parking lot for Welia Center is situated to the right (east) upon entering the main high school parking lot from Ninth Street.
